The Invidia divorced wastegate style downpipe for the 02-07 WRX & STI features a separator plate to separate exhaust flow between the turbine and the wastegate, designed to reduce exhaust turbulence that can occur in internal wastegate turbochargers. Invidia divorced style turbochargers for the 02-07 WRX & STI with a high flow catalytic converter.

Note that because this product replaces/removes an OEM emissions control device we must state that this catted downpipe is for offroad use only.
